The Veteran actress Bella Flores, who is famous for portraying villains in films and television shows, passed away early Sunday morning. She was 84. Bella was rushed to the Quezon City General Hospital by her daughter, Ruby Arcilla, and singer Imelda Papin, but was declared dead at 1:27 am.

Miss China Wenxia YU wins Miss World 2012

Wenxia YU, from The Peoples Republic of China was hailed Miss World 2012 from the recently concluded coronation night of the beauty pageant held at the Dongsheng Stadium. She emerged as the winner in this year's record breaking 116 contestants.
China also won the crown in 2007 represented by Zhang Zilin.
There are so many negative comments on the web regarding her win. Some said that she doesn't deserve the title. A youtube user mentioned that several contestants are far better than her and more beautiful than Wenxia Yu. While others considering the pageant result as a joke.
No matter how valid their opinions would be, let's just accept the fact that China won the title. It maybe hard to say congratulations to China but DiversityHuman.com will do that. In the first place, the competition is meant for friendship and to promote better ties between countries around the globe.
So, to Miss World 2012, Wenxia Yu. Congratulations and I hope you will make use of that crown to make the world understand that their should be no more hostile and aggressive movement in the Philippine West Sea. This is the right time to prove that the Miss World crown has great powers. Wenxia use it to let your government withdraw their forces from the Philippine West Sea.

Queenierich Rehman who won Miss World Philippines 2012 is currently in China to represent the country and boosting our chance to grab the title as she proved it during the Miss World talent portion. She topped among other Miss World contestants due to her unique and remarkable talent--beatboxing.
Beatboxing is an ordinary thing but if a contender of Miss World is doing it, that makes a big difference. Manila Bulletin writer Rowena Joy Sanchez wrote, "[beatboxing talent]...is said to be the first of its kind in the history of the long-running pageant."
Queenierich impressed the audience and made the crowd wild when she surprisingly start doing the beatbox after a short intro using the song "rocketeer" of Far East Movement . Watch her performances on the videos below.

Eat Bulaga, the longest running running noon time show in the Philippines sealed a franchise deal to Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) of Indonesia.
The Indonesian version of "Eat Bulaga!," which bears the same title, officially premiered on July 16.
The Indonesian version will showcase similar format on entertainment, games, prizes, and inspiration. Equivalent segments such as "Indonesia Pintar" ("Pinoy Henyo"),"One For All, All For One," "Bolagaan," and "Karaoke Stud" are also part of the show. One of the original show's core hosts, "Bossing" Vic Sotto, also has his Indonesian counterpart: Uya Kuya, who is called "Boss Uya."
Even the "dabarkads"-the collective term for the "EB" hosts-has an equivalent in the Indonesian show: "bulagang." A post on popular blog site chuvaness.com quoted Achmad as saying, "We want this program to be a success like in the Philippines, where it has been running for the past 33 years."
He also noted that they are not adapting the Philippine version 100% but will "format in accordance with the state and introduce positive values, environmental campaigns, and sharing with others."
Joining Uya Kuya as host of "EB" Indonesia are Aja Farid, Reza No, Ramzi, Narji, Ciripa, Rian Ibram, Rio Indrawan, Steven, Leo Consul, Selena Alexandria, Jenny Tan, Bianca Lizza, and Julie Christie.
Original "EB" producer and TAPE Inc. big boss Tony Tuviera is proud and thrilled over the historical achievement of the show.
"Today marks another milestone for 'Eat Bulaga' as the first international franchise of our show will be launched at 4 p.m. in Indonesia...," he was quoted as saying in a statement.

FHM Philippines declared the Philippines’ Sexiest Woman of the World-Sam Pinto. For this year's poll, she got 1,249,189 votes out of the total 17 million which makes her the second woman who earned the title two years in a row. Angel Locsin is the closest contender, who received 1,131,505 votes.

Queenierich Rehman, 24, captured the Miss World Philippines 2012 title. Rehman bested 24 other candidates at the coronation night in Manila Hotel Tent on Sunday.
Queenierich Rehman, cotestant number 22, a beatboxer blessed with some singing skill and a basketball player from Assumption College caught the hearts of the judges and audience during the coronation night. Aside from winning the crown she also won Php1 million and a Hyundai car. She will now move to her ultimate quest and represent the country in the upcoming 62nd Miss World Pageant happening on August 18 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China.
Her famous piece is:
"I believe that wherever you will go here in the Philippines, it’s not the islands that make us special but of course the Filipinos who have warm hospitality, who are having smiles on their faces, and of course who will treat all foreigners the love and respect, and hospitality that they can give to them. I believe that the Philippines is a country that we can be proud of."
Could it be better if it goes like this?

AKB48 J-POP sensation hits Global
Tokyo, Japan - AKB48 is girl group composed of more than 60 girl members split into four teams who achieved enormous popularity in Japan is now global.
Producer Yasushi Akimoto created the idol group "AKB 48" in December 2005 with the concept "Idols you can meet everyday". AKB48 performs at the exclusive AKB48 Theater in Akihabara almost daily. They performed at "the 62th Kouhaku uta gassen" in 2011, and even have their own TV show "AKBINGO!", "Weekly AKB", "Naruhodo Highschool" among others. According to the official site of AKB48, as of May 2011 there were 18 members on team A, 18 members on team K and 18 members on team B, 23 members on team Trainee with a total of 61.
Philstar's article noted that their singing and dancing aren't always perfect, and the group's ever-changing members are hard to keep track of. But fans are very forgiving to their flaws and view them as their friends or little sisters, not out-of-reach superstars.
AKB48 is also much more accessible: Fans can visit their daily shows in downtown Tokyo, attend handshaking events or exchange messages via social media. After each show, all the girls line up outside the theater to see off the fans with high fives and exchange a few words.
Akimoto's concept is now being brought abroad. In fact, AKB48 clones are already present in Jakarta (JKT48), Taipei (TPE48) and Shanghai (SNH48).
