Toledo City – An eight-year-old girl was allegedly raped by three underage suspects. It was learned that the young suspects are aged 9, 11, 12 and 15. The heinous rape of the girl was committed in a stream in the countryside of Toledo.

On Friday, December 20, 2024 at around 2 pm, the suspects allegedly took the 8-year-old girl to a hidden river not far from the victim’s house. According to the victim’s mother, the suspects took another 12-year-old who had just moved to their area. Three of the four suspects are the victim’s cousins.

At the river, the 12-year-old ordered his friends to rape the girl, while the victim’s 9-year-old cousin played with his genitals while watching the three suspects molested her.

But after they held the victim, the 9-year-old told the victim’s brother what happened in the river.

As a result, the girl’s mother’s story reached the Toledo City police station. Since the suspects are all minors, the police recommended the case to the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Toledo City.

The DSWD quickly conducted an investigation and summoned the parents of the children who were identified as having raped the grade 2 student.
