A video uploaded by a certain netizen showing a group of street children attacking the security guards of SM North EDSA is making the rounds online. In the 76-second video, the kids made a deliberate assault to the two guards of the mall(rachfeed.com).

Lyka Gonzalez, a photographer and cinematographer who studies AB Communication at Ateneo de Manila University, uploaded the footage on Facebook which immediately went viral in the social networking site. Lyka said that she clearly witnessed the confrontation of the street children and guards at around 9p.m. She mentioned that the girl wearing a pink top challenged the guards for a fight after the latter slightly tapped her back with a notebook.

The girl ran amok and she stormed the table of the guards. She violently attacked the security personnel while the other street children outside were also in position to retaliate. One of the guards of SM North EDSA, however, stopped the girl from making any damage to the properties in the mall and successfully drove her out. The girl continued to challenge the security guard for a fight but the latter controlled the situation with maximum tolerance.

The security guard was hit several times on his arm and another major hit occurred when the little boy threw a metal object directly to his head. Watch the viral video clip and leave a comment below.

As of press time, no one knows the identities of the security guards who were attacked by the street children outside SM North EDSA.
