PBB737 Reality Show is Banned in Albay due to Barbie's Eviction
A politician from Albay officially declared the ban of Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) 737 after Barbie Imperial was evicted from the reality show. The head of the province used his official Facebook page to announce the ban.
Governor Joey Salceda issued a formal statement regarding the PBB ban in all the towns of Albay last July 3, 2015. His Facebook post reads;
[image:324:]Yung lahat ng TV sa bahay pina-off ko muna. I just don't relish rituals of faked sympathies. So much plastic in that program. Barbie deserves to be treated better. Their loss, our gain. Banned muna ang PBB till the other Albayano is to be defended.
ABS-CBN published the controversial news but an emphasis on Imperial's spat with fellow housemate Kamille Filoteo is found towards the end of the article.
What's the real story behind the controversial eviction of Barbie?
Barbie Imperial, who is dubbed "Doll Along the Riles ng Albay", was kicked from the Big Brother show as a result of low public rating. The PBB contender only received 37.8% shares of public votes. She exited together with Bailey who only earned 62.16% votes from the viewers. Many were expecting that the charming beauty of Barbie will gain sympathy and public approval but it looks like she doesn't have strong appeal to the general viewers.
Supporters of the "Doll Along the Riles ng Albay" violently reacted to the result. They turned to social networking sites to air their sentiments. Some commenters stressed the possible manipulation of actual scores that's why their bet didn't have the chance to continue on the reality show. However, Albayanos have mixed insights regarding the Governor's PBB ban announcement in their area.
Hundreds of opinions are scattered on the internet over the alleged PBB ban declaration of Albay Gorvernor Salceda but we want to hear your own point of view. Please use the comment box and share your thoughts if the action of the Governor is justifiable or not.
