Teenager Survived a Plane Crash in Mazama Woods, Spotted Walking along the Highway
A 16-year-old girl pilot surprisingly survived after a plane crash in the woods in Mazama, WA over the weekend. A Sheriff allegedly saw the teenager emerging from the woods hours after the alleged incident.
[image:356:]In a certain report released by ABC News, a plane with an elderly passengers along a teenager pilot identified as Autumn Veatch took off from Montana. They were scheduled to land in Washington which is about 150 miles away. Unfortunately, they failed to reach their destination.
Last Monday, a Sheriff patrolling the highway near The Mazama Store spotted the teenager coming out the densely forested area. She was immediately rushed to the 3 River's Hospital in Brewster, WA where she underwent thorough medical evaluation.
After her father was informed about her situation, a medical finding was released which assured that the pilot’s health is in good condition. It also mentioned that she doesn’t have any life threatening injuries.
Officials identified the 16-year-old pilot as Autumn Veatch. The plane she manuevered was reportedly carrying her step-grandparents-Leland and Sharon Bowman of Marion.
As of writing, investigators haven't located the plane wreckage and no one could verify if the elderly couple had survived.
