The homeowner received such harsh feedback due to his wild apprehension and verbal attack to a certain tenant of the said building.
Over the weekend, the man identified by netizens as Louie Baltazar became the primary subject on social media when a video showing his rude and arrogant behavior towards a young boy caught the attention of internet users. As expected, people immediately reacted to the violent confrontation initiated by Baltazar who allegedly owns a luxurious condo unit at Gateway Garden Heights.
Tons of negative criticisms were directed to him for his utmost disrespect even to the mother of the boy who humbly asked Baltazar to calm down.
