This is in response to the case of Don Allado's ban and PBA sanction of Php500,000

They say that there's no need to prove the obvious. But what if someone challenged you to show proof for something that is very obvious? In my humble opinion, the most difficult to prove in any legal procedure is providing series of evidence for something that is very obvious.

This is the most difficult task because at times you know that it happens but it's just that you can't really show relevant/enough evidence. Just like the widespread corruption in our government. We know that most of these politicians are pocketing our taxes however we can not justify that right away. If you go to your respective City government offices, by just looking at their faces you already have intuitions of who are those traditional corrupt politicians. But hey! Did you ever find yourself capable of proving that they do?

This is the case of Don Allado.

Another analogy could be like this. You have three eagles in a triangle and staring at their favorite prey. Waiting for the right moment to attack and suddenly after few hours you still see those eagles staring at the prey doing nothing. Will you not question yourself why did that situation happens? This is just like the referees in PBA. Their job is to find the most delicate call that they can do in every crucial game but for whatever reason, a very obvious violation was not called... Will you not ask yourself about it?

Don Allado on the other side made a major lapse when he vented out his frustrations in the micro-blogging site, twitter. But what if he brought the issue to the PBA commissioner and PBA Board of Directors. Will he be heard? Will the hearing be moving into the right direction? Of course, this can't be justified because it didn't happen that way.

I mean I also have a lot of questions at this very moment which may go on and on. Is there really any anomaly in this professional league? National Basketball Association in the US was involved into various kinds of game fixing issues. Could it also be possibly happening in PBA too?

What if Don Allado's claim was true? What if he just simply lack ample evidence to prove them wrong?

I just have to end this up. Let's make use of our five senses and scrutinize, revalidate each of the parties' claim. One thing for sure, one of them is telling right and the other is pretending to be right.

Don Allado's claim in twitter post,

“I’m the guy that says what others can’t. #PBA games are fixed. They control who is in & who is out. It’s a disgrace to be in this league,” ani Allado sa Twitter. “I am bitter about losing. Not to Powerade, but to #PBA . In my opinion, this league has little credibility left.”

And his apology statement.

“It’s not my intention to blame the PBA. My frustrations got the best of me, frustrations of winning the game, frustrations of losing my bonuses, frustrations on my contract,” said Allado “The PBA is my home, I would never do anything to harm its name and integrity,” he said. “There’s no game-fixing in the PBA, there never was. I’m sorry for what happened, I hope the fans could forgive me and put it behind.”
