Facebook.com, the leading social networking in the world, is targetting spam bots, malwares, and black marketers for fake likes on various pages on its site.

Now, have you asked yourself why do people love to have thousands of likes on their pages?

Well, for starters like individual users it's just a simple sense of pride and bragging rights that you are somewhat 'famous' if not 'infamous'. I've heard people who are so proud of having hundreds of facebook likes on their photos, status updates, etc. But come after that, what do they get out of it? Do they earn something aside from the 'bragging rights'? Some of them do earn a little whenever someone clicked on a link they posted on their facebook wall status but that's not really much of a big income.
