Amid the feud of her family, the 16-year-old Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto shines on debut magazine cover. Julia appears on the cover of the May 2013 issue of women's lifestyle, MEG magazine. The cover was unveiled Wednesday by the local publication on its official website, referring to Julia as an "emerging star."
"The glamorous yet absolutely sweet 16 year-old talks to Meg about her close relationships with her mom, aunts and sisters, how she feels about being part of Star Magic Circle 2013, and how she balances her acting career with her life as a high school student," the cover's accompanying description says.

Julia Barretto, the daughter of former actress Marjorie Barretto and comedian Dennis Padilla, was recently launched as one of the members of Star Magic Circle 2013, a group of young artists groomed for stardom by ABS-CBN's talent management firm.
