Jed Madela, People in Cagayan de Oro are Monkeys
A controversial post of Kapamilya singer Jed Madela is making noise in social media. His post on Facebook was highly criticized for specifically citing that he had to deal with a "bunch of monkeys".

Netizens quickly jumped into conclusions that Jed Madela was referring to a group of people in Cagayan de Oro where he recently had a concert. The singer, however, quickly denied the allegations and stressed that those were just mere speculations.
Madela also denied the claims that he will be declared a persona non grata in the city of CDO. In a certain interview, he clarified that the city Mayor never reached nor called his attention for such punishment.
Meanwhile, the singer is currently receiving harsh comments from the social media. Bashers are all over the place arguing that Jed Madela's behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable to the Filipino culture. They are pushing the local leaders in CDO to list him as one of the people to be under the sanction of persona non grata.
The famous singer admitted that it was a rude behavior and insisted that the message was intended to a certain person. Nonetheless, the damage has been done.
