Netizens vent anger at #JedSalang, Hate Tweets on Twitter
Jed Salang reportedly became a top trending topic on Twitter after the emotional confession of his wife, comedienne Ai Ai delas Alas, on "The Buzz" that they have already broken up.
Delas Alas firmly told "The Buzz" host Boy Abunda that Salang physically abused her which prompted her to leave him last May 2, barely a month after they got married in Las Vegas last April 3. Her decision to leave her husband was also triggered by confirmations of Salang's alleged real intentions in marrying her. The actress also tearfully said she believes Salang never loved her.
Following the shocking revelation of Ai Ai and the alleged physical abuse, netizens turned to twitter to vent out their anger to Jed Salang. The hashtag #JedSalang ranked sixth among the top trending topics on Monday morning, most of them "hate tweets" about Salang.
"Gusto kong ipadala si Jed Salang sa Taiwan," DonyaAngelica tweeted, referring to incidents of Filipinos being attacked in Taiwan after a Taiwanese fisherman was shot in Philippine waters.
"Oh God. Right now I'm so angry I could beat up Jed Salang myself. Guys like him need a taste of their own medicine. #sorrynotsorry," showbiz writer Julian Mauricio said.
"Dear Taiwan, We're really sorry for your fisherman. You want to get back at us? Just shoot Jed Salang, and we can call it quits," Twitter user PrincessFrance said.
"Good that Ai-Ai was saved from hell as early as now... Ang sarap isalang ni Jed Salang sa litsonan.. #thebuzz #ipadalaSaTaiwanatSunugin," Twitter user ykcihc04 added.
"R.I.P Jed Salang," actor BB Gandanghari said.
