Viral Video: Taxi Driver Modus Operandi wears Surgical Face Mask, Plate #TXJ-792
In the following report, DH.com assumed that the victim of the taxi driver was a woman. The taxi passenger precisely described the incident and noted that the cab driver was about 28-30 years old.
An unidentified passenger uploaded a 28-second video (with a short caption) which caught the attention of the public. The cab passenger allegedly took a taxi ride from Katipunan going to Tomas Morato at around 2:30p.m. Several minutes after the victim rode the cab, the passenger noticed that the taxi driver suddenly grabbed a blue towel and placed it in front of the air conditioner.
