The three-year-old girl who was hammered on the concrete floor by her own father died before dawn on Monday, the child's mother confirmed.
The toddler failed to survive due to the critical injuries she sustained after being hit on a concrete floor by her father just outside the La Paz Police Station in Iloilo last Saturday.
