Brawl Viral Video|Traffic Enforcer fist fight vs Jeepney Driver-Talisay, Negros

A traffic enforcer identified as Arnel Pabillo was caught on video engaging a fist fight against a jeepney driver in Talisay City, Negros Occidental after the latter continued to provoke Pabillo.

The enforcer allegedly confiscated the driver's license for loading passengers at a non-loading area.
