WeChat webapp, China's Messaging poses Global Security Risks
The revolutionary web messaging applicaton (webapp) from China is currently enjoying some level of global success after it has reportedly attracted 300 million registered users in January 2013. It competes the world's leading webapp messaging services like LINE from Japan, VIBER from Viber Media, Inc.-a Cyprus-based company, and Kakaotalk from South Korea among others.

Globe hackers Yooun Nayong and Carlo Dadulla were arrested by police in Mandaluyong City.
Yooun Nayong, a 37-year-old Korean and Carlo Dadulla, 21-year-old Filipino have been arrested for their alleged involvement in a scam and hacking the system of Globe Telecom Company.

Recently, I noticed that DiversityHuman.com logged a sudden spike of bandwidth usage. As a normal instinct being the administrator of this site, I checked the logs of unique IP addresses if it made a significant increase. Unfortunately, we didn't get too much unique visitors that our server can't handle.
So, what could have been the issue?
Simple answer, we are being spammed with comments. One of the prominent spammers is promoting nufftag.com, see Figures 1 & 2.
Philippine Websites hacked due to enactment of Cybercrime Prevention Law 2012
#OccupyPhilippines, PrivateX, #pR.is0n3r, and Anonymous Butuan hit six (6) websites in the Philippines to protest the controversial Cybercrime Prevention Law 2012. The attack happened Wednesday night sweeping multiple sites in a few minutes which include the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (currently restored to normal operation). Team Anonymous, the world's most famous hacktivist group, defaced those websites leaving the following message against some provisions of the recently enacted Cybercrime Prevention Law 2012.
