VP Leni Robredo Leni Na Lang Ang Nagtatrabaho Sa National Government
Manila, Philippines – Another viral Tweet is circulating in social media amid the crisis happening in the entire Visayas region after typhoon Odette’s onslaught last week. The said post explicitly cited that the only working politician in the national government is VP Leni Robredo.
JC Punongbayan said on his Tweet last December 20, 2021:
Si VP @lenirobredo na lang ba ang nagtatrabaho sa national government. Feels like that.
It only went viral mid of this week when large Facebook pages shared the screenshot of JC Punongbayan’s Tweet.
The short post irked thousands and possibly millions of Filipinos as the message is negating the efforts and initiatives of various branches of the national government. One netizen bravely commented that it is an insult to the Armed Forces of the Philippines who were among the first group to respond to the typhoon victims in Visayas and Mindanao. It is also undeniable that there has been so many relief operations being conducted by DSWD, PNP, and other major government personnel who sacrificed their lives and braced through the danger just to provide aide those areas affected by the calamity.
One opinion that we would like Leni Robredo camp to realize is the fact that this type of action won’t benefit their campaign plans. It promotes further division among the Filipino people and doesn’t promote unity knowing that our fellow countrymen in Visayas are struggling to survive.
Leni’s group should be more sensitive during this time. They should demonstrate kindness and love especially it’s Christmas season.
This is one of the reasons why millions of people are supporting BBM and Inday Sara tandem because these two candidates are not into mud slinging. Both of them and Uniteam party simply organized relief operations and create necessary response units to immediately help any areas which badly requires attention.
Unlike the supporters of Leni Robredo who always promote hatred to BBM and Inday Sara.
